In addition to keeping current with horse issues, I.H.A. also hosts four Gymkhana shows during the show season. Much work is done by members and friends who volunteer their time, and have made our shows one of the most successful and enjoyable for entrants and spectators. We have divisions to suit every riders abilities. Beginning with our Half Pint division (8 and under) who are the darlings of the show. Then continuing through our Junior and Adult Beginner riders, to Junior and Adult Novice riders, and finally our top show riders in Junior and Open. End of day awards are given to high point riders in each division. At our November Awards Dinner Dance the top riders receive awards for their efforts during the past season. This is a celebration of all the shows that the club hosts during the year.
2010 shows! Money Barrels, We will now be adding (TBA) per show due to additional sponsorships received!
NBHA format, giving all riders a chance at the money, not just the fastest!

THERE WILL ALSO BE 4D MONEY BARRELS CLASS ADDED MONEY TBA AS WELL AS A JACKPOT DASH AT EACH SHOW!!!!
GREAT END OF YEAR AWARDS AND A SADDLE FOR THE HIGH POINT OVERALL RIDER.

The weather held out for us and we had a GREAT show!!!
We had over 70 entries and the most Money barrel riders ever at IHA!!
We had 45 entries in the money event!!
The new PA worked great THANKS LOU and also thanks for getting us a generator to use!!
THANKS to Joey for his super arena dragging with his tractor and to his helpers Fred and Sean.
They also did ring crew work all day too!
Thanks Sheralee for watering Saturday and Sunday so it wouldn't be dusty, the weather had forecasted some rain for Saturday but it never happened so hence the watering!
Thank you to Heather who worked the gate all day and Angela and Wendy who came down and helped with entries, scorekeeping , ribbons etc and to Papa Dan who pitched in with entries, announcing, set up, ribbons and whatever else we needed!! he did work hard that day!! Sheralee also did ring set up and take down as well as whatever was needed through out the day Kelley was in the booth working the computer for the money event and Buddy Salzman pitched in when Kelley was riding. Thanks Buddy!! I was glad to have all these folks around as my eyes were bad for reading and by the time you read this i will have had surgery on the bad one. Hope to be back in action in July! I hope i got all the helpers if not thank you!.
